Licensed Practical Nurse - Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT)
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) PACT, located at the Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks, Fayetteville, Arkansas, Primary Care, with duty station at the Ozark, AR satellite, functions as a member of the team. Demonstrates sound techniques in complex nursing care procedures & basic care of the acutely ill & chronic patients. The LPN demonstrates initiative, assumes responsibility for improving knowledge & skills, demonstrate sound clinical judgment, & adapt to patient needs.
