Nurse - Nurse Recruiter
The Nurse Recruiter is responsible and accountable for all elements of nursing recruitment and retentions processes, demonstrating leadership and expert decision-making skills for complex situations that effect performance outcomes. He/she assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing recruitment processes based on specific components. Follows procedures per established policies and guidelines. Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency. In accordance with 38 U.S.C. 7403(f), no person shall serve in direct patient care positions unless they are proficient in basic written and spoken English.
